We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time, though price changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed and paid.

Because our guides are digital products that are delivered by email immediately or within a short time after purchase, we are generally unable to offer refunds once a guide has been delivered. This is consistent with standard digital content consumer protection provisions and is in keeping with industry practice for downloadable digital publications. By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept this refund policy.

Exceptions may be considered at our sole discretion in cases where a guide has been demonstrably not delivered due to a technical error on our part, or where there is a material discrepancy between the guide delivered and its published description. We will review each situation individually and communicate our decision within a reasonable time. Any refunds granted will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
